Guidelines for oral presentations

1) Oral presentations must last no more than 12 minutes to allow for 3 minutes for questions and a handover to the next speaker, within each 15-minute time slot.

2) Presentations should be in PowerPoint format or PDF.

3) Please arrive in your room 10 minutes before your session is due to start to meet your chairperson and room manager, and ensure your presentation is loaded onto the laptop. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive with you so that we can load it onto the laptop.

4) For parallel sessions, hostesses will guide attendees to the Sala Golgi and Sala Silvestri. The meeting place is in the Foyer, 20 minutes before the start of the parallel sessions.
